When we make the dough for our crust we let it sit overnight to develop more flavor.
We make our pizza sausage in house using a family recipe brought over from Italy. Our sauce is our best kept secret coupled with our whole milk cheese for a taste sensation that only real pizza lovers can appreciate. When we make our mushroom pizza we cook the mushrooms in butter and seasonings before we add them to the pizza. We offer pizza specials every day.
